This was the first flower that brought smile into my face this Spring. In fact these flowers bring smile every time I see one. They are my favourite. Do you know why? They grow even when no one tends them. They are wild flowers, growing everywhere. No human hand tends these beautiful flowers and yet they are so pure and beautiful. They remind me of the Creator’s love for this world, how even the simplest of flowers are beautifully adorned. They teach me a beautiful lesson every time I see them. “Do not worry, He cares!”
And why do you worry about clothes? See how the flowers of the field grow. They do not labor or spin. Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you? Matthew 6:28-30
So next time when you see these simple flowers, Smile and get rid of your worries!
